For the past twenty years, Rick Lopez has been involved in providing essential risk management services to organizations across the United States and internationally, from Canada and the United Kingdom to Germany and Mexico. Mr. Lopez has been instrumental in evolving certificate of insurance tracking and management from a cumbersome administrative process to a streamlined, risk management driven service.

From the start, Mr. Lopez had a vision to help organizations reduce risk and avoid exposure to losses from claims by implementing an essential risk transfer administration program. Incorporating his prior experience in building complex e-commerce websites for the skin care industry, Mr. Lopez brought the technical knowledge required to develop and implement a sophisticated software program.

Mr. Lopez has appeared as a guest speaker at West Coast Casualty's Insurance Conference (2006) and IRMI's Risk and Insurance Conference (2007, 2008).

Joseph Chaparo, Esq.
Legal Counsel

Mr. Joseph Chaparo's expertise comes in providing risk management services to an array of customers in many different industries. He is personally involved in training InsureTrack staff on all aspects of our customers' insurance requirements and is responsible for implementing procedures to address each customer's needs.

In addition, Mr. Chaparo oversees the company's outside legal counsel, handles client and channel partner relations.


David Flores, CRIS
Director of Data Processing Operations

Mr. David Flores plans, organizes, and controls the overall activities of our information systems, including system setup, customer analysis, programming and computer operation activities relating to InsureTrack insurance certificate tracking responsibilities. As a licensed fire and casualty insurance professional, Mr. Flores has the requisite insurance expertise to produce instructional manuals and best practice processing guides for InsureTrack data processing staff.


Garritt Fieg
Implementation Director

Mr. Garritt Fieg serves as our Implementation Director to organize the logistics of each new customer account. He acts as our internal liaison with InsureTrack staff to obtain status updates, evaluate progress, perform risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies and write procedures for maintaining compliance with each customer profile.

Mr. Michaael Palacios serves as Senior Account Manager for some of our largest customers, including many publicly traded companies and several Fortune 500 companies.

As a licensed fire and casualty insurance professional, Mr. Palacios has the requisite insurance knowledge to facilitate insurance compliance with the most complex insurance requirements. Mr. Palacios interfaces directly with the customer's staff as well as the contracted parties to communicate insurance deficiencies and assist in establishing compliance with the insurance requirements.
